Hiawatha Heights is a 40 unit apartment building located near the NBT Bank Stadium and Regional Market section of Syracuse. The structure was built in the 1920s, and originally served as a candle manufacturing facility before its redevelopment in 2012 to a mixed-use residential apartment building. The building is one of the newer residential developments in the Hiawatha corridor. The modern loft-style layouts were specifically designed to create an open and welcoming living space. The building features one, two and three bedroom layouts and a off-street parking. The building is located only a couple minutes from DestinyUSA, the Inner arbor, local hospitals, Armory Square, and Syracuse University.
